Taichung City Government - New Municipal Building
The building features transparent glass facade, a suspension structure in the middle of the architecture and a horizontal rectangular external appearance. The City Council Building, on the other hand, is a vertical rectangle. Open space and a park around the area balance and coordinate the different designs of the two buildings.
Besides linking the two office buildings, the park space has become a common place for gathering. As visitors stand beneath the suspended auditorium, what comes to their eyes is a great scenery that involves the transparent council building, park and ponds.

Drop by if along the wayBeautiful architecture, quiet, a nice place to visit. Very old school feel. Can drop by if it is along the way.
