Gaomei Wetland (Gaomei Wetland Preservation Area) is located on the south of the mouth of Dajia River in Qingshui District. It has abundant natural resources and is one of the few colonial breeding areas of wild goose and ducks. There are over 120 species of birds that ever perch in Gaomei Wetland, making it an important ecological preservation area and a hot spot for bird watchers.

Reputed as one of the must visit scenic spots, Gaomei Wetland is also known as the “Sky Mirror of Taiwan”. For visitors, it’s international-level amazing sunset view is also the highlight in the tour!
