酥脆表皮飽滿芋餡，鴨肉夾心完美絕配，客家典藏私房手路菜。
❖ 麻油煮九層塔蛋
麻油煎蛋酒湯燒煮，飄香胡麻暖心暖胃，阿嬷灶咖古味料理。
❖ 一杯脆嫩肥腸
豬腸洗滌去腥燒滷，外脆鹹香內嫩味滿，越咬越香。
❖ 左宗棠甜嗆雞
台灣雞腿去骨酥炸，秘方辣醬大火熗炒，鹹甜脆皮嗆辣涮嘴。
❖ 酥薑椒鹽松阪豬
國產松阪豬彈牙，必吃薑片酥脆夠勁，椒鹽香料乾鍋拌炒。
❖ 剝椒干貝絲炒飯
臺式甩鍋新呈現，剝椒干貝絲完美添味。
