It was formerly known as the Shi Yun She, which was established by scholars Xiao Shun Fen and Yang Jian Bie during Jiaqing Era of the Qing Dynasty. It was also known as Wen Chun Temple. In the 14th year of Guanxu Era of Qing Dynasty (1888), Huangxi Bookstore was established. It recruited students from today’s Da Du, Long Jing, and Wurih districts. The enlightening education was implemented.
