1035 collab was built in 1916 and originally operated as the Suzuki ENT Clinic under Japanese rule. During the restoration process, the team discovered an old wooden sign engraved with “Telephone No. 1035” in the wall structure, which has since been preserved as part of the brand identity. The building consists of two sections. The front building features a second-floor exterior with a greenish exposed aggregate finish paired with grooved bricks, while the first-floor columns are adorned with geometric decorations. Inside, the original clinic layout is largely retained: the former reception area has been converted into a coffee ordering counter, and the second floor showcases restored high wooden trusses and red brick walls. The rear building was once the doctor’s living quarters, designed in a hybrid Japanese-Western style, with a quiet narrow alley alongside the building. Today, the historic property houses coffee, bakery, and design brands, creating a cultural space that blends vintage charm with modern aesthetics. Visitors wishing to tour or dine should contact the individual shops to make reservations.
