Dates: Sunday, April 23rd, Saturday, April 29th and Sunday, May 7th.
Event location:
Wufeng event on April 23rd takes place at the plaza in front of the Service Center in Central and Southern Taiwan.
Houli event on April 29th takes place at Pi Lu Monastery.
Waipu event on May 7th takes place at Nong Yi Mill.
The Hakka Tung Blossom Festival praises the Hakka tradition of respecting nature and valuing mountain resources via the snow-white representation of Tung flower. In celebration of the distinctive Hakka elegance and grace, the festival also takes the image of tung flower and the mountain beauty as symbols of the core value of Hakka culture and history.
Events:
Various events will take place at the festival including an opening event, music performances, showcase of Hakka specialties, delicacy tasting, hiking for tung blossoms, display of agricultural produce and products. We sincerely welcome you all to participate and have fun!
