Taichung Literary Park

Posted Date:2021/08/13 6218

Taichung Literary Park used to be the police dormitories during the Japanese- ruling era. The City Government has delved into its renovation project, constructed Taichung Literary Park, and then reshaped the dormitories into Taichung Literary Museum. Details in Taichung Literary Park can tell the delicate design concept, such as Seed Literary Square, the curved river featuring the initiation of the literacy of Taichung, Literary Paths, walls full of calligraphy, poems and storytelling, tree-shadowed walls, etc. Taichung Literary Park provides a good chance for tourists to savor the beauty of literature and poems while bathing them in a relaxing ambience.

    Peaceful Japanese setting

    Traveler rating:4 2017-08

This museum does not have a lot to offer if you don't speak Chinese; however, the tea shop makes a decent enough lunch and the setting is very Zen-like and peaceful as a shady oasis in the city...
