This store was the first in Taiwan to make a crispy roll with nougat filling. Rather than simply adding nougat to soda crackers as was done in the past, Little Hope came up with the innovative idea of filling sweet crispy rolls with nougat. The result is a sweet treat that is crispy on the outside but soft inside, both aromatic and chewy without sticking to the teeth. Little Hope Store insists on filling their nougat with expensive, natural seaweed sugar and quality butter.
